We had 2 stays in this fantastic hotel either side of our river cruise. Great location, friendly & helpful front desk. Easy to store luggage. Very responsive communications via WhatsApp with extensive recommendations for breakfast, restaurants & drink. On both occasions rooms were ready before 4pm checkin and we were notified by WhatsApp immediately. Easy to walk everywhere and close to tram stops (easy to arrive from airport by tram). Would strongly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.
