I booked a Junior Suite at this hotel for a significant amount of money—around €200 per night. Unfortunately, the room was in very poor condition. It was extremely rundown and damaged; I will include photos with this review. I have stayed in €100 hotels that were far better maintained. We were given two room cards, one for my girlfriend and one for me. After the room was cleaned—while we were out together—one of the room card that we had left inside the room disappeared. After that, the safe no longer worked and couldn’t be opened. When we wanted to check out in the morning, we noticed that the safe still would not open. We called reception for assistance, but were told that the receptionist was alone and busy with other guests, and that we would have to wait. Since we had an appointment and needed to leave by 11:00, this was not a realistic option. In any case, the safe is so small that a laptop doesn’t fit inside, which means you either have to carry it with you or leave it locked in your car, which honestly felt like the safer option. Overall, this is really not a nice hotel, especially considering the price. It is nowhere near four-star standard. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, and in my opinion this is more like a two-star hotel—at best—and only if it were priced accordingly.
