The hotel occupies a 17th-century building with intimate courtyards and stone archways that frame the Mediterranean light.
Its central location puts you steps from the Cours Mirabeau and the region's Roman heritage.
This hotel made the entire experience in Aix that much more special. The room felt like traveling back in time and was insanely spacious. The kitchen overlooked the church courtyard and was directly opposite Musee Granet. The hotel manager was very warm and welcoming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The location is also perfect and within comfortable walking distance of most shops, bakeries and points of interest. Our visit coincided with the Cezanne centennial event at the museum and there was plenty of hustle and bustle during the day to keep us entertained in the mornings and evenings. The room also overlooked the most beautiful inner courtyard complete with a small fountain and an ancient tree.
