Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed at this hotel in August and they STILL owe me over 140€ deposit! Despite dozens of emails and calls since October, they ignore all communication and refuse to return my money. This is pure theft — they are nothing but thieves who steal guests’ deposits and think they can get away with it. Now, I have no choice but to escalate this through my lawyer and legal action is already being prepared. Aside from this, the hotel itself is disgusting — nothing like the photos. The rooms are dirty, full of mold, cockroaches and an overall terrible smell. The whole property looks old, neglected, and extremely unhygienic. Customer service is non-existent — they don’t care about guests once they have your money. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs! You will definitely hear from my lawyer soon.
