Check-in was warm and seamless by the Concierge Antonio, his ever-smiling and friendly colleague with the hair bun and the bellhop promptly taking care of our luggage to our room. The reception staff were outstanding in their hospitality and efficiency throughout our stay. The hotel is excellent—comfortable, clean, modern, and well worth the money. Housekeeping also did a great job. Special mention must go to all the Breakfast staff who were attentive, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast spread was wide, high-quality, and well organized. Dora stood out for her efficiency, friendliness, and going the extra mile guiding us around Florence.
