Stylish tasting location with great views over the vineyards. Informative tour. The vineyard has almost completed the switch to become a certified organic vineyard (only the red wine on sale is not yet organic). The tour ended with a tasting of 6 wines (2 white, 2 rosé and 2 red) which were all of high quality. While the tour was good, it lacked some authenticity and involvement with the winemaking. Small suggestion is to serve some bread and water to neutralize in between wines.
