We usually choose this hotel for business and are overall very satisfied. However, tonight the receptionist—I believe her name is Marianna—exceeded all our expectations! While we were working late in the lobby, we asked for some wine and were initially told the bar was closed. A few moments later, Marianna returned and happily told us she would take responsibility for serving us. As business travelers, we expect this high level of service all year round, without any 'seasonal discounts' on quality during the low season. Marianna’s exceptional attitude is exactly what prompted us to write this review. We are so happy to see such dedicated young professionals representing your hotel!
