I really loved my stay at this hotel in Greece. The view is beautiful, and the location is perfect since it’s very close to the beach. The swimming pool is also very fun and it’s also kids friendly and what i mean by that is there’s a shorter area for kids and also I really liked that there is a hair salon downstairs, and it was actually very good i also remember the lady there was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was great as well, with a good variety Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely recommend it and definitely go back

While this hotel is clearly investing in constant upgrades, enjoys an excellent location, and offers impeccable rooms and common areas — and while the reception staff are consistently polite and professional — the same unfortunately cannot be said for the breakfast service. It is evident that the breakfast waitstaff are in serious need of proper training. Plates and tableware are collected with no discretion whatsoever, literally thrown onto carts and stacks, creating excessive and unnecessary noise. As a result, guests feel as though they are having breakfast in a military kitchen rather than in a hotel that otherwise aspires to a high standard of hospitality. Particularly unacceptable is the behavior of a waitress named Anastasia. If she dislikes her job, she would be better advised to either leave it or change professions altogether. Under no circumstances is it acceptable for a member of staff to serve guests without even saying “good morning”, to display visible irritation, or — even worse — to reprimand guests for how they are seated. This is not her role, nor is it her place. Her supervisors should immediately address this behavior and ensure that she understands the basic principles of courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward paying guests. Hospitality is not optional in this line of work — it is the core of the job. It is deeply disappointing that such poor service at breakfast undermines an otherwise excellent hotel experience.
