The service throughout the hotel was truly exceptional — both at the reception and in the restaurant. The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection and consistently delicious options. The restaurant menu itself was surprisingly refined, offering beautifully prepared dishes with amazing taste. We celebrated New Year’s Eve at the hotel and enjoyed every moment — the atmosphere, the organization, the food, and the overall mood were just perfect. The reception area has a beautiful design, creating a warm first impression, and we were pleasantly surprised by thoughtful Christmas and New Year gifts from the hotel. We also appreciated the hotel’s attention to small but important details: daily bottled water in the room, flexibility with a late checkout (we were lucky and very grateful), and genuine care about guests’ comfort. The gym was clean and well maintained, with water, towels, and a speaker available, and the spa was simply wonderful. Overall, this hotel left the best possible impression.
