My stay at Corfu Mare Boutique Hotel was a mix of positives and significant drawbacks. On the bright side, the hotel offers convenient parking, which made arriving and getting around much easier. The breakfast was genuinely good, with a nice variety of options to start the day well. I also want to highlight the staff, everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and eager to help. Unfortunately, all these positives were overshadowed by one major issue: the bed. It was honestly the worst mattress and pillow I have ever slept on. The mattress felt as hard as sleeping directly on the floor, and the pillows were so stiff they might as well have been bricks. Comfort is a basic expectation in any hotel, and here it was completely missing. Overall, while the service and amenities had potential, the sleeping experience made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.
