Niko is the best, period. I generally don’t think there are many places deserving of a 5-star review on Google Maps, but Celestial Grand is the exception. The Execution: Niko managed our entire itinerary, from restaurant bookings to day trips, with zero friction. It honestly feels like the man does not sleep. The Dedication: Even during the off-season, when things are quieter, he treats every request with maximum urgency. To give you an idea: I needed mosquito repellent early in the morning. Niko went out at 5:00 AM to buy it and silently left it at my door to ensure I wasn't disturbed. The Vibe: His service isn't the stiff, scripted "luxury" hospitality. It is genuine, down-to-earth, and incredibly responsive. He is always there when you need him, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure your trip is perfect. Verdict: Unmatched service and dedication. If you want a stress-free experience, stay here.
