There are truly no words that can fully describe how happy we are that we chose to spend our vacation at your hotel. From the very first moment, we felt exceptional hospitality, warmth, and genuine care, and for that we are deeply grateful. Both the breakfast and the dinner experience at the hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations in every possible way — the quality, variety, and atmosphere were simply outstanding. I would also like to personally mention the way you handled our booking situation. Due to uncertainty about whether I would be able to arrive, I had to cancel at very short notice. Although you were absolutely not obligated to refund the payment, you chose to waive the entire amount. Once it became clear that I could take the flight, there was no question in my mind — I immediately rebooked your hotel, and I’m so glad I did. Additionally, when the jacuzzi in our room did not work on the first day, instead of making us wait or deal with repairs (which is normal), you upgraded us right away to a much better suite, which even included a private sauna — all at no extra cost. This level of service is truly rare and not something to be taken for granted. You have an amazing hotel, an outstanding team, and you truly deserve a huge compliment. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. We will absolutely recommend your hotel and hope to return in the future.
