What happens if it rains on the wedding day?+
A marquee rental (€8,000) can be installed in the Enchanted Garden to provide weather protection. A deposit on this service is collected at venue booking. The marquee transforms the outdoor space into a weatherproof celebration area.
Can we bring our own photographer, florist, and music?+
Yes. Castello Segalari allows you to hire independent suppliers for most services. The exceptions are catering, audio and lighting, fireworks, and marquee rentals—all of which have approved vendor lists available upon request.
How far is the castle from major airports?+
Pisa Airport is 50 minutes away, Florence is 1.5 hours, and Rome is 2.5 hours. The Tuscan coast location offers accessibility while maintaining rural charm.
Can we host multiple events across the weekend?+
Yes. Beyond the wedding day, additional events (rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, brunches) incur an extra €3,000 per event. Rental periods range from 2 to 7 nights.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?+
No. The castle's medieval architecture and outdoor-only ceremony spaces do not accommodate wheelchair access. Discuss any mobility requirements directly with the venue team.
