If you want a romantic getaway in the Tuscan countryside with outstanding guest services and the most spectacular view, this is your place! I recommend asking ahead, via email, if you’re looking for a specific room as the hotel staff is very accommodating. Anything you’d like, they have it. They are kind, prompt, and always helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the design makes it feel very modern Tuscan plus 5 star resort- If you’re looking for an old Tuscan style room, I’d look to their heritage room. Loved every minute, thank you to the COMO team. We got engaged here and it was the most perfect stay ever! Thank you! Grazie!

Asked along the way.
Can we get married in the castle chapel?+
Yes. The property includes a functioning chapel for religious ceremonies, though Italian civil ceremonies can be held in various garden settings. Specific availability depends on your date and guest count.
What's included in the venue fee versus what costs extra?+
Venue rental includes access to ceremony and reception spaces. Catering, accommodation, wine selections, and decor are typically additional line items. Contact the venue directly for your specific package breakdown.
Do we have to use their catering?+
COMO Castello Del Nero operates an on-site Michelin-starred restaurant. Outside catering is generally not permitted, but the venue chef will customize menus to your preferences.
How far in advance should we book?+
Peak season (May-October) books 12-18 months ahead. Off-season dates may have shorter lead times. Contact their wedding coordinator for your target date availability.
What happens if weather affects our outdoor ceremony?+
The property has indoor ceremony halls and covered garden pavilions as rain backup. Plan this contingency with your coordinator when booking.
