My husband and I recently came across this restaurant, which looked lovely and was marked as open. It was just before noon, and we hoped to sit down for a coffee. When we asked the waiter, we were told that the restaurant is only for hotel guests. While we understand if that’s the policy, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere online, which made the situation a bit confusing. A warmer or more welcoming approach would have made a big difference — even a simple explanation or friendly gesture could have left a positive impression. It’s a beautiful place, but unfortunately, our experience felt less inviting than we’d hoped.
