+ the pub attached is lovely and really cosy, my partner really enjoyed his full English breakfast, our room was upgraded for free which was really nice. - the room wasn’t completely clean and quite dusty (maybe because the hotel has been closed through some of January?) and housekeeping missed our room during the stay. After we pointed it out it was sorted but still with the room not being completely clean to begin with we felt a bit uneasy. would have also appreciated some more vegetarian options on the menu overall a nice place so don’t want to be too negative because there’s a chance we caught them on an off weekend due to the season
