What a beautiful place my daughter found out above. She had booked a table at the main restaurant for 4:30pm but we were so amazed by the building, rooms, interior, furniture on display and the construction and architecture of building we missed the meal in restaurant. You drive you car into forecourt and the security take you car to park. Security escorted us under umbrella to the main building felt like a A list celebrity. Security and front house staff were very friendly. Its was a wow moment from the drive into the park and up to the country house. A venue for weddings, events, exhibition space. As you walk in to your right the restaurant and left the library which has a wide range of old books, statues, painting and frames with exceptional art work. As you move through the different floors and rooms you can see and feel the grandeur of the heritage building. Rooms and corridors has home furniture from different interior designers for sale with members price and general purchase price. Beautiful pieces but way outside my budget but a millionaire this would be their Ikea. Building was clean, lights and had staff on different floors to assist you. Outside the building the greens had deer roaming the fields and beautiful to see as the sunset that evening. A magical building with unique features. The restaurant menu had a good range of food and drink pricey but you pay for the place you are in and the presentation of food we could see being served to families and couples. It took so long see the building we missed or slot for restaurant. They do not serve halal food as i did phone and enquire. You must book tables in advance to visit building. Just be mindful when driving during wet season as some roads get logged with water so careful driving is required and good navigation. A must visit if you are in the Cotwolds.
