Located near Dingwall in Easter Ross, it provides an authentic Highland setting for destination weddings with genuine architectural heritage.

We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay at Assynt House in Dingwall, Evanton. The home is a food-lover’s dream — a true chef’s kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need to create beautiful dinners. One evening, we hired Graham to cook for us, and the result was nothing short of an absolute feast. The hosts could not have been more attentive. Elizabeth, Graham’s wife, went above and beyond — knowing I have celiac disease, she thoughtfully included gluten-free cookies in the welcome package, which was such a kind and personal touch. Assynt House is warm, elegant, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay, with every detail carefully considered. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special Highlands escape.
