Archontiko Anemos in Βόλος 370 10.

Archontiko Anemos is a restored 19th-century mansion in Volos that has been thoughtfully converted into a boutique hotel while preserving its neoclassical architecture and period details.

Originally built in 1887 as a family residence, the building underwent comprehensive restoration in 2015 to reveal original stonework, timber ceilings, and ornate tilework.

The property now offers intimate wedding celebrations across its restored salons and terraced gardens overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf.

We stayed in a triple room for 6 days, and everything was perfect. The room was very clean and well equipped, with a hairdryer, fresh towels, a fridge, and snacks and drinks in case you get hungry at night. The air conditioning worked great, the beds were very comfortable, and the room felt spacious and cozy. The hotel offers an amazing view of Volos, which we often enjoyed in the evenings with a glass of wine after returning from exploring. There is parking available, and the location is very convenient, with easy access on foot to Makrinitsa village and even Portaria. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring traditional pies of various kinds, sweets, healthy snacks, fresh fruit, yogurt, and nuts. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, you will truly have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The view alone is worth every penny, and all the amenities the hotel provides take the experience to another level.
