SCAM, Upon arrival to inspect the property prior to check-in, I was shocked to find that the hotel conditions fall drastically short of the standards advertised. Despite being marketed as a 5-star property, the actual state of the hotel is unacceptable and misleading. Specifically: • The photos provided online are highly misleading and do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The property is overcrowded, chaotic, and clearly not maintained to a 5-star standard. The swimming pool was visibly dirty and unhygienic. The advertised waterpark is not exclusive to hotel guests, resulting in extreme overcrowding. The overall condition of the rooms and facilities is far below what was promised. am traveling with children and require a calm, hygienic environment - this property is completely unsuitable and poses a risk to children their health. Based on the above, I made the immediate decision not to check in and did not use the accommodation in any capacity. It seems Booking.com has taken them down as well. Misrepresentation and breach of advertised conditions. Update: despite not checking in full payment has been taken from my account, booking.com has also put them back. Stay away!
