Together with my wife and 10 months daughter, we had a wonderful time here. We spent a week at the beginning of October and I can honestly say, it was a perfect timing, because there was no crowds and the weather was perfect. Let's start with some minor inconveniences. Our room was very near main pool and every other day there was an activity that usually used some speakers almost perfectly targeting our windows. So even with them closed, we still heard it clearly. But since most of those activities were interesting enough for us to watch them from our balcony and they always ended more or less at 10 pm, it's not much of a problem. Second thing is with bottled water. Every guest gets one when they arrive, but after that it's either water in glasses from bars or you need to get one from a store. Again, not a big issue, it's cheap and a store is basically few steps from the hotel, but I think it's worth mentioning. Anyway, some neutral comments. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot, but there is also a transport from the hotel and back, although we never needed to use it. On the beach there are some sunbeds but you need to pay for them. Worth it, if you want to spend most of a day there. At the time we were there, almost every day was very windy so we only have been walking back and forth. Maybe another time. The SPA section could be better marked, we had some troubles finding it, and during our stay we showed it to some other guests so it's not an isolated incident. Now it's time for good parts, which is... everything else. The hotel is very clean, had no issues with our room nor any other section. The food was very good, some evenings there were some themed dishes, but every day there was always something to one's liking. There is also a place to heat up something for babies. Never had any problem with seats (there are some children seats as well), the restaurant was always full and yet there was always some available seats. The pool bar was good, not outstanding in any way. The à la carte restaurant (where you can go for a breakfast and dinner once per 7 days of stay) had some really nice dishes. Regarding pools we mostly used the one for small children. It's a quiet area, the pool is shallow so our daughter had some real fun there. Once she was having a nap, we were able to spend some time by the main pool. And maybe it's the timing, maybe luck, maybe staff effort, but through the whole stay we never had a problem with people reserving beds. Almost every day we were able to use the same set of sunbeds near our room (so we could safely watch out daughter through the baby monitor) and at any time there was place for more people. Now the best part of the hotel, which is the staff. I don't think I ever met so helpful and thoughtful people. Always happy to help with anything, nothing was really impossible to handle for them. Virtually all of them should be praised, but I'd like to mention some that stood out. Nena and Ali - two people that made our stay one of the best. Always with a biggest smile you could think of, very active, helpful and yet had time to chat a little bit or play with our daughter. Without them, the hotel would lost a big part of its charm. They're the biggest reason to visit again. Christosmos - the restaurant manager. A man with many hats, helpful and perspicacious. When I was looking for a lighter for my wife's birthday cake (another great thing about the hotel) and came to him as a first person I could see, he knew already what I need before I even said anything. I'm sure that I may have missed some details but in general this is a great place to rest with a family. Quiet, calm with great people. What more would you need?
