We had the absolute best start to our honey moon at Adonis Hotel when we stayed in July 2024. The owner Stamatis was extremely helpful in every way, such as offering transportation, giving travel advice and making sure we were happy with our stay, breakfast etc every day. We also had a great time just hanging out on the porch in the evening with Stamatis. He really is the friendliest and most accommodating person, as is his lovely mother who greeted us with sugered lemons and water on our arrival. Compared to Chora the town of Apollonas is quiet, calm and private. Staying here was the most relaxing experience of our trip, and our favourite hotel which is so nice, homely and clean. Breakfast was also perfect, very fresh and tasty. The surrounding area is beautiful with a garden, the beach just down the street and offering plenty of great resturants. We had a lovely, cozy room with sea view balcony. We hope to book a trip back soon! The reason I was reminded to write a review today was the new years greeting we receive from Stamatis since our stay. He has so many regulars, for good reason. Come here if you wish to really enjoy your holiday. Apart from being great itself it's perfect for taking day trips to amazing places like Rotonda and Zeus cave. We truly had a great time.
