Our family of four (two adults and children aged 5 and 11) had a wonderful stay at Adiwana Unagi Riverfront. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm and personal. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help—even with some rather outstanding or unusual requests from our side. Every request was handled with genuine care and a smile, which made us feel very welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. 😊 The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, with well-designed rooms and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was a day excursion arranged by the hotel. They organized a fantastic tour for us in a vintage 1970s Volkswagen cabriolet, which turned into one of the most memorable experiences of our Bali trip. Driving through the countryside in such a charming classic car added a special touch and showed how willing the hotel team is to go the extra mile for their guests. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but the hotel managed to create a comfortable environment for all of us. The only downside worth mentioning is the river running next to the resort. Since the riverfront is such a key part of the resort’s identity and natural beauty, it would be wonderful if more attention could be given to keeping it clean. 🌿 Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the hospitality and dedication of the team. 🌺
