Aisle made our Amalfi Coast wedding so much easier to plan. Our guests loved having everything in one place.

Jessica & Marco

Jessica and Marco brought 72 guests from three continents to the Amalfi Coast for a three-day celebration. With events spread across Ravello, Positano, and Amalfi, coordinating travel and logistics for everyone was their biggest challenge — until they found Aisle.

Why the Amalfi Coast

Marco grew up spending summers on the Amalfi Coast with his Italian family, so the destination was never in question. The couple wanted a wedding that felt like a vacation — three days of food, sun, and celebration with their closest friends and family. They chose Ravello for the ceremony at Villa Cimbrone, with a welcome dinner in Positano and a farewell brunch in Amalfi.

The logistics challenge

With 72 guests flying in from the US, UK, and Australia, the logistics were overwhelming. Guests needed to know which airport to fly into (Naples vs Rome), how to get to the coast (shuttle vs ferry vs rental car), where they were staying (the couple booked three different hotels), and what to wear to each event. Jessica started with a shared Google Doc, but it quickly became impossible to maintain — especially when different guests had different hotel assignments and transport arrangements.

How Aisle changed everything

Jessica set up their Aisle site in one afternoon using the AI assistant. She typed "Add a welcome dinner Friday at 7pm at Da Adolfo in Positano, dress code is resort casual" and the event appeared instantly. Each guest got a personalized portal showing their specific hotel, room assignment, and the shuttle schedule from their property. Instead of answering the same questions over and over, Jessica just told guests to check their portal.

What guests said

The most common feedback was "I've never been to a wedding where I actually knew what was going on." Guests loved that they could open one link and see their entire weekend — from airport pickup times to what to wear to the Sunday brunch. Marco's aunt, who is not tech-savvy at all, said it was the easiest wedding she'd ever attended because everything was right there on her phone.

The wedding weekend

The welcome dinner at Da Adolfo in Positano set the tone — 72 people eating seafood on the beach as the sun set. Saturday's ceremony in the gardens of Villa Cimbrone was everything they'd dreamed of, followed by a reception at Hotel Caruso with views over the coastline. The farewell brunch in Amalfi on Sunday gave everyone a chance to say goodbye before scattering to their various flights home. Not a single guest missed an event or showed up at the wrong venue — which Jessica credits entirely to the Aisle portal.

What a guest said

I've been to a dozen destination weddings and this was the first one where I wasn't constantly texting the bride asking "wait, where am I supposed to be?"
