To the couple who are reading this, Myself and Martin got engaged in September 2020 in the height of the covid pandemic. We decided we would leave it for a "few years" before we would go looking about booking a venue. In Jan 2024, we started our search. We had always had a secret dream to get married abroad (our families didn't know this). Martin even passed comment that it would be "great to get married on a beach"! A friend of Martin's had recommended Steffie and the Ateam, as he had attended a wedding in Portugal previous to the pandemic. So we got in touch with Steffie, scheduled a zoom call, and we chatted to get a feel for what we liked and what number of guests we were thinking of. We felt so good about the call that booked a Love Tour in April of the same year. Before we started the Love Tour, we were both a little nervous with anticipation. When we met Steffie, all our nerves disappeared. She soon put us at ease with her plan to visit 3 different venues. Along our journey Steffie also shared with us supplier photo albums, song recommendations, cake/flowers photobooks, band/DJ recommendations and wedding stationary. We visited 3 fabulous venues but one truly stood out to us. Little did we know that we would finish the Love Tour with our wedding venue Castelo Beach Club, booked for the 9th of October 2025. Over the few months leading up to the wedding, I must say that Steffie and Daves planning was more than efficient!! All aspects of the wedding were covered from the big details, right down to the really small ones. Even details that I had not thought of myself.. I really felt there was so much care and attention given to both myself and Martin, that we cannot fault them and it had truly made our wedding day so special and personal to us. It felt good waking up the morning of the wedding knowing everything had been carefully planned and knowing that we were in good hands, and that everything had been taken care of. Having been married a couple of weeks now, I go reeling back to that day by looking at our sample photos and photos from family. I must look at them everyday It was truly the most special day of our lives, we are forever grateful and thankful to have had Steffie, Dave and the Ateam plan our wedding.
