Really like this resort - staff are incredibly friendly, it is clean, location is great, and they have Mamos on tap ;) Only complaint, and why I wouldn't give 5 stars, is they allow non-resort people to use the pool and lounge chairs. As someone staying at the resort this was really odd and a bit frustrating - its a prime amenity and to allow non-paying guests to essentially have the same access and depending on how busy, prevent paying guests from use was less than ideal. It wouldn't stop us from staying again but you should be aware when staying and take actions to ensure you get access before others by talking to the staff. Staff themselves are fantastic and very helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
