The hotel is in a great location for the centre of town, the beach, the marina and the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking was very helpful as it’s on site (many hotels in Cannes refer you to a large car park a short drive from the hotel itself). The owner of the hotel is always around, speaks good English, and is super nice and very helpful. In summary, it’s a great hotel for this budget and I’d recommend it. Some old negative reviews seem to refer to small rooms, and the inability to park. We didn’t have any issues at all and the rooms were ideal, so I’d maybe suggest booking a Superior room and confirming a parking space before arriving.
