The staff were amazing. It started from the pre-arrival survey from the concierge team. They made sure we have kids items we needed in the room on the date of arrival. The staff at the parking area and the check-in counter were all extremely warm and welcoming. The house-keeping staff kept our room spotless and well stocked everyday. The pool staff kept the area clean and tidy and are also very friendly. The staff at Solera were also excellent. There are plenty of 5 star hotels in the Waikiki area but the service at Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki is what truly sets them apart. We will definitely book with them again when we return to Honolulu.
