I recently stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room featured an absolutely amazing ocean view that was easily the highlight of our trip. The housekeeping team was fantastic, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the thoughtful in-room perks, like the complimentary reusable water bottles and the beach bag, which were incredibly handy for our daily outings. The resort’s location is also hard to beat, with endless shopping and dining options right at your doorstep, and Guest Services made booking our activities a breeze. The only downside was the check-in process. While it was fast and easy, we weren't given any property orientation. I found myself having to head back to the desk or hunt for staff to ask for the basics: -The WiFi login and location of the elevators. -Which floors the restaurants were located on. -How to access the pool and beach area. -Where to pick up beach towels. The staff was helpful once asked, but a quick "lay of the land" at check-in would have made the start of the trip much smoother. That said, the views and the hospitality were excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!
