Worth every penny if you take advantage of the services. Location was wonderful and easily accessible to transportation services, however we walked everyday to and from the hotel to all museums and sights. Easily navigable and there is a close by grocery, wonderful restaurants and bars. The staff is very helpful and willing to support where you need it. Our room … I knew what we booked, but didn’t expect it to live up to its expectations. It did and more!! We had a sauna and whirlpool tub on the 2nd floor. We used this everyday. Absolutely wonderful! We also had access to the hotel spa and set it up through the desk. Breakfast was great and beyond just a buffet. There were menu options included, which included eggs of any typed freshly cooked, French toast among other things. All of the food was cooked perfectly and set us up for our day as we explored Florence.

Stayed for one night on December 19, 2025. Excellent hotel and outstanding value for money. The staff on site were genuinely welcoming and helpful. The room delivered exactly what it promised—nothing unnecessary, just all the basics done right. Comfortable, quiet, and ideal for a good night’s sleep, which is ultimately what matters most. The location is extremely convenient, right outside the tram station, making it easy to get around Florence. Overall, an excellent experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Florence and would stay here again without hesitation.

A special mention goes to the tall gentleman with glasses from Calabria—his courteous demeanor and exceptional customer service stood out throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed, adding a personal touch that made our visit even more special. The housekeeping team deserves equal praise. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and our room was consistently immaculate, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere that enhanced our celebration. The Moon Boutique Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a haven of elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We left with beautiful memories and deep appreciation for the team that made our milestone moments unforgettable. Grazie!
