Absolutely fantastic hotel on the Muckross Road The Brehon! From the moment of arrival, everything felt top-class — the newly renovated rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed by local interior architect Adrian McCarthy, with stylish touches that really elevate your stay. Really loved the new Par 72 golf simulator — it’s a brilliant addition and such a fun experience. It’s great that they also have self-catering apartments on site as well as the main hotel, giving flexibility for longer stays. The spa area is second to none, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Kerry. And as a guest, the smoother, modernised payment technology and ability to use gift cards across the estate makes everything from check-in to check-out effortless. Highly recommend! The staff are a also a brath of fresh air.

We had an incredible stay at The Brehon recently. Every aspect of our visit was 10/10. The room was magnificent and provided the perfect atmosphere for a night away. We especially loved the spa facilities—pure bliss! To top it off, both dinner and breakfast were delicious. If you're looking for a top-tier hotel experience, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

We ate here a few weeks ago. The hotel is lovely, the staff were friendly. The bar food was great, the portion sizes are a bit on the small side, however, the taste and quality was not lacking. My wife had a chicken burger and, I had the bacon chops, both were very very tasty. We would recommend.
