We had a great stay here. The bungalow is a unique space, which is exactly why we chose it. It’s tucked away from the main strip, making it much quieter while still being conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace in the mornings. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Shannon, who was incredibly friendly and kind. We truly appreciated her allowing us to store our luggage in her office, which was a big help.

Spent a week here and sad it couldn’t be longer. Shannon was a great host and had tons of awesome recommendations. The spot is very cozy and conveniently located - not too close to the action that you’re kept awake but just far enough that walking everywhere is super easy. Already excited for the next trip!

I stayed at the Beach Bungalows in Tamarindo as a solo female traveler, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Shannon was amazing, so kind, accommodating, and communicative. The bungalows are beautiful and feel immersed in nature, with lovely touches like a hammock, pool, and fresh breakfast each morning. It’s also perfectly walkable to the beach and all the spots you’d want to explore in town which made it so convenient. I’d absolutely stay here again if I come back to Tamarindo! Thank you Shannon for the amazing experience and for all the recommendations you helped me with!
