Tenute Al Bano in Cellino San Marco, open June–October.
Tenute Al Bano is a restored 19th-century Puglian estate that once operated as a working agricultural property before its transformation into a luxury hotel and event destination.
The restoration preserved the property's original stone architecture while introducing modern amenities, maintaining the authentic character of the region.
Located in Cellino San Marco, this venue offers guests direct access to the Salento Peninsula's wine country and Mediterranean landscape.
Not worth the effort to come to this place. It’s in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. All of the amenities that we wanted to use were not available. Swimming pool was closed, never found a hot tub, bicycle rental and car rental did not exist, laundry facility did not exist and we wanted to do a winery tour, but we were there on Monday and Tuesday and the first available tour was on Sunday. The bar only had their wines, and vodka and gin, and 3 poor beer choices. They did sell potato chips, but anything else had to come from a vending machine.
