This was a magical experience in Tuscany! Aluna communicated from the beginning until we left. She left excellent instructions on how to find her and she was waiting at the gate for us as promised. The introduction was informative the cooking experience fantastic and efficient. I wonder if she even ordered the weather so we could be outside on her glorious patio overlooking the garden and the estate cooking and eating! She gave terrific instructions and sent us home with the leftovers as well as sending us the recipes and list of easy tools we would benefit from to make pasta at home. If you have transportation to the estate where she lives why go anywhere else?
