We had 2 nights here in a Superior Suite. The hotel has a nice charm about it and the staff are very friendly. We had a couple of small issues that made our stay slightly less enjoyable. We checked in at 2.30pm but our room was not ready, so we had to wait about 40 minutes until it was ready. Not a big deal but as Gold Members we expected our room to be ready from when we advised we would be arriving. Then to make things worse our room key didn't work so we had to go back down to reception and get new ones. Another thing that annoyed us was a rattle coming from the air conditioning duct. It was intermittent but enough to wake me up during the night. The other thing we didn't like were the TV's. You are unable to stream from your mobile devices to them, which seems very dated in 2026. We had breakfast in the buffet and the food was tasty and fresh, however the options seemed limited for a hotel of this stature. A better selection of fruit and savoury items would be good. We had our car valet parked ($50) and when we asked for it to be brought around they didn't know which car was ours, which was a bit concerning. Overall our stay was adequate but to be honest we enjoyed the St Moritz more and found it better value.
