Had a lovely stay at Browns. The room was spacious and clean, the little balcony was the cherry on top with a great view of Queenstown and a bit of the lake (we were in room 4). Breakfast was great too, albeit with a limited number of options; but there were still enough things for a hearty vegetarian breakfast. The best part was the location - it's literally 2 minutes from the main parts of town and the wharf, and another 2 minutes to the gondola. We woke up late for a 9am sailing of the TSS Earnslaw, left the hotel at 8:50 and were on board at 8:53. Kenza helped with self check in and was helpful always.

A great find in the heart of Queenstown with parking so we didn't have to move the car for our 2 night stay. Our room was on the first floor and had a lovely view over the harbour from the balcony. The hotel was immaculate with lots of classy touches and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here before and after the Milford track. Really kind folks that work here. We had a room mix up and they were very equitable in resolving. Great location would certainly stay again.
