What is the largest wedding Six Senses Uluwatu can hold?+
The resort lists the Aarunya Ballroom at 180 seated, or 200 including the terrace, and The Retreat function area at up to 180 seated. A dinner reception in the Owner’s Villa is quoted for up to 300 guests. That makes it the highest-capacity clifftop venue on the Bukit.
Which space works for a ceremony rather than a dinner?+
Andakara Lawn is the ceremony space, quoted at up to 100 standing for the ceremony and 80 seated afterwards. Cinema Paradiso takes 30 and is ceremony only. Most couples pair a lawn ceremony with a ballroom or Retreat dinner so the party has a wet-weather option.
What does a wedding here cost?+
Planner listings report a starting package around USD 24,800 for 30 guests, and Indonesian listings quote from about IDR 145.6 million for the largest configuration. Six Senses quotes each wedding individually; both figures are planner-reported, not resort-published.
Can our guests stay at the resort?+
Yes. The property has more than a hundred suites and pool villas, so a party of 100 can sleep on site. Ask what room-night minimum attaches to your event date, because the larger function spaces normally come with one in high season.
How long is the drive from the airport?+
Ngurah Rai International (DPS) is about 45 minutes away by car, roughly 25 km south along Jalan Uluwatu. The resort will arrange transfers, and a shuttle loop is worth booking if guests are arriving on several different flights.
Is a legal marriage possible in Bali?+
It is, but it requires a Certificate of No Impediment from your embassy in Indonesia, a religious ceremony under one of the six recognised religions, and registration at the Kantor Catatan Sipil. Most international couples marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony here.
