I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful stay I had on the 16th–23rd September. Having quite severe mobility issues, and although the hotel is not really wheelchair friendly, it was truly unforgettable due to the exceptional service and hospitality provided to me by the entire team. Everyone I encountered was so warm, friendly, and accommodating. I especially would like to thank Octavian, the manager, who went to extraordinary lengths to make my stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. A big, massive thank you to Margarita on reception, whose kindness in helping to organize an emergency trip to the town went above and beyond. Lastly, I want to thank the animation team for the fantastic entertainment they provided. A special thank you goes to Mollie, Eliska, and Johanna. You three were the highlight of the stay; your energy, talent, and enthusiasm were infectious. You always went above and beyond, making sure I was okay and having a good time, always making the time to stop by for a chat, and always making sure to make me feel included in all the activities. All your hard work and positive attitudes truly have made a difference to my holiday, especially on karaoke night!!! Thank you again for all the great memories!
