Beautiful historic hotel in an amazing location! Right on the sea and just steps from the piazza, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The room was spotless, spacious and really comfortable. I loved coming back after a hot summer day to a perfectly cool space thanks to great AC, and I appreciated being able to control the temperature myself. There was also plenty of closet space which made it easy to settle in for my 5-night stay. The pillow menu and cute teal slippers were such a nice touch and made it feel extra special. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed for a smooth check-in, Mr. Giulio at the concierge for helping me plan my trip and arranging an osmize experience, Ms. Arianna for always making sure my needs were met, Mr. Kors for his kindness and warm welcome every evening, Mr. Lorenzo for arranging countless taxis, and Mr. Răzvan for the luggage help and those consistently positive morning hellos. This hotel really sets the bar for amazing hospitality. I’d 100% recommend it and can’t wait to stay here again!
