Overall Rating: 6/5 Stars We stayed with our infant daughter—it was a delight. She loved it, and staff made us all feel welcome in a luxurious, family-friendly setting. Check-In Experience Smooth process with a sweet toy for our baby. Wish we'd gotten more amenity info upfront; we hunted for restaurant hours and gym location. Gym Facilities Well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, classes, and trainers. Great for staying active. Spa Amenities Free for Diamond members; one of the best we've seen. Loved the steam room/plunge pool. Massages were exceptional. Breakfast Top-notch buffet, free for Diamond members, with diverse, high-quality options. Friendly staff; our baby enjoyed interacting with them. Shuttle Service Modern, prompt bus to central Rome. Drop-off requires some walking, but we enjoyed it. Make sure to mark the drop-off location on you map. Note: Lunchtime schedule gap.
