If you are ever coming to stay in Portimao, then really think about booking here. I literally couldn't find a thing to fault this hotel. The staff are wonderful, and greet you with a warm and friendly greeting, and are so helpful from anything you may need in the hotel, to information about the area. The rooms are lovely and clean, and the beds are comfy. Breakfast has a great choice on offer and there is plenty to set you up for the day. The bar is a nice place to relax, with a good choice of drinks on offer. The pool looked lovely, but it was a bit cool to try for the end of December. We chose to come here and celebrate the New Year, and hopefully will come back one day. Overall a lovely hotel, and well positioned to see the sunset just a few minutes walk away, as well as a nice walk along the sea front.

My biggest compliments to this place! Thank you for making our stay so special! Front desk staff was so welcoming and kindly polite, so we felt special from the first step in the hotel. I couldn't stop admiring how perfectly details are created: fresh water every day served in the room, luxury scent candles over the place,music in the lobby, beautiful breakfast and we felt more like in a restaurant than a breakfast serving area. Food was absolutely amazing and I loved coffee - top quality. We spend evenings in the luxury looking bar with live music! We were lucky to have a chance to be part of Fado music night and feel the Portugal with our souls.🎼👑💃 It was such special evenings. And the coctails are something else! 🤩 not only looking good, but absolutely delicious - best what I had in Portimao! All the staff (front desk, breakfast staff, bartenders) looked like they are truly loving working in this hotel, always lovely and friendy faces. It was most amazing week and we truly felt like special guests (not just another number, who pays for the stay). Cozy and Warm environment - Beautiful food and Coctails out of this world- Together with amazing Fado nights was above our expectations ❤️ And the location is just perfect - amazing sandy beach just within 1min walk! We felt like in our own private beach 😍 with another amazing spots for ice cream or food just with 4min walk. Would be so lovely to come back in Spring 😍 Just a hidden gem in a Portimao 🤩

I went to Portimao with my son and we stayed for 9 days. The hotel is a good base to explore the area, especially if you have a car. We mostly relied on ubers which were quite cheap. The hotel is very clean and good quality furnishings, but small rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, but the same every day. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.
