Petani Bay Hotel occupies a restored 1970s seaside structure that has been thoughtfully modernized to honor its original Ionian character while incorporating contemporary hospitality standards.
Built during Greece's post-war tourism expansion, the property underwent significant renovation in the early 2000s to preserve its architectural bones while upgrading guest facilities and event spaces.
Today it stands as a waterfront venue commanding 180 degrees of Ionian Sea views from Paliki peninsula's western coast.
This hotel was absolutely amazing! Definitely recommended for a luxurious holiday in Greece. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with a lot of recommendations of nice places to go in the area and restaurants. And of course those recommendations were incredible. The hotel is extremely clean and well taken care of, the pool area is big and comfortable and has great and high quality sun beds. It gives you a sense of high luxury. The view is amazing and the snacks and drinks by the pool are delicious. The breakfast is has a lot of variety and high quality food. We loved the Greek yogurt with local honey and walnuts. The hotel is in a secluded area, therefore a rental car is needed to move around. However this is also a big plus since you get a feeling of serenity and peace. We went end of September so it was end of season, and still everything felt absolutely perfect. The sunsets here were amazing! We cannot recommend this place enough! It’s a magical hotel with a perfect view and atmosphere.
