The boutique hotel is somewhat overpriced for its offering as rooms and service. The location is wonderful as it is its cleaning services. Breakfast was fair nothing spectacular. The beachfront was great even though what strikes me odd was the fact that the sun beds as well as the umbrellas together with the coffee restaurant is owned by the same person and the prices for the hotel guests were exactly the same as for those visiting the public beach. I would have expected a special price offering for the hotel guests. Other than that the island is speechless as it Lixouri were the hotel is located.
