GREAT customer service and lovely hotel. We arrived to the train station in Levanto after midnight on a Tuesday in early Sept and there was no train to Vernazza until 4:30am (our destination) as the train schedule had just changed the Sat before. There were no taxis or anyway to get there. Most hotels I called said they were closed and hung up, or didn’t answer at all. The night manager at Park picked up the phone, found us a room and didn’t overcharge us. He came and picked us up in the middle of the night and brought us to the property. We are truly grateful for his kindness and service. The property is lovely, pool area divine, breakfast was great. Thankful we found the place and would stay again in the future! Wish I had the managers name to give him recognition! He was amazing!
