Stunning all round. The food at the restaurant in the lobby is incredible, through a bit slow to arrive. The rooms are impeccable and smell like a little piece of heaven. Decor is stunning. The pool and spa, though small are stunning and super relaxing. And the staff above and beyond! Literally some of the nicest, kindest people that I've ever been taken care of. Wonderful experience! Oh, and you have the best shops and some of the best sights of Florence right on your doorstep.
