Excellent hotel! We had a fantastic 4 night stay. The staff were always polite and friendly. They are always willing to help with advice or information at any time. The Queen room was perfect for us! Very clean and in excellent condition. This hotel was our ‘calm’ away from the busy streets. The location is amazing, as everything you would want to see/do is within walking distance. The breakfast was top tier! We couldn’t fault it at all. Everything was fresh and there was a very wide selection to choose from. The rooftop bar tops it off. The view was brilliant and the atmosphere was relaxed, just what you need at the end of a long day. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there, and the hotel staff left him a card and some biscotti in the room. What a thoughtful touch, thank you! The only downside was the noise, some nights, from outside. No fault of the hotel as glazed windows and shutters are on the windows to attempt to drown out the sound. With such a central hotel. It is to be expected in a busy place like Florence.
