Palazzo Marletta in Catania, open June–September.
Palazzo Marletta is an 18th-century aristocratic residence in Catania's historic center that has been meticulously restored to operate as a luxury hotel and wedding venue.
Originally built as a noble family palazzo, the building retains its period architectural details while offering modern amenities across 12 rooms and multiple event spaces.
Located on Via Erasmo Merletta in the heart of Sicily's baroque district, it serves as both an intimate accommodation and ceremonial setting for destination weddings.
This is a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of Catania. The hotel occupies part of the 2nd (US) floor of a villa so the entrance to the building and hotel is unusual but once inside, it is first class in every way. We had a beautifully restored room that was very large with a very high and beautifully decorated ceiling. The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty of options nearby. Breakfast is excellent and can be served in the room or in a small breakfast room area. Highly recommend.
