Really bad experience checking in and it seems like they have a mess with how they do things. I booked for my families member. I have to call them because , no reception was there. Wi-Fi in room doesn't work properly. I thought the parking lot was for free ( it was written to facilities ) , but at the check out they asked for money. i will not recommend this Airbnb to nobody

It has to be the best stay in Florence. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. The service of all the staff is 10/10.

kind people work here but i didn’t realize this was essentially a partially hosted airbnb. i think it is overpriced for the limited amenities/staff presence but the location, size and cleanliness of the rooms make up for part of that. the breakfast room however is tiny and it felt cramped with several other groups eating and conversing at the same time. the location is truly the saving grace, south of the river is a must and still very central for walking around the city.
