We booked the most expensive suite to take advantage of the two-person jacuzzi, to relax before our hike on Etna the next day. It was worth it - I'm reasonably tall (185cm, or a smidge over 6') and could immerse my full body with space left for my wife beside me. The location is also great, reasonable walking distance from Catania Centrale train station, and right near the cathedral and the elephant fountain before it. Reception staff were great on check-in and departure. Unfortunately the wifi in our room lost internet access sometime after we went out for a walk and returned to freshen up before dinner - the wifi at reception still had internet, but nobody replied to the whatsapp message I sent to their dedicated reception number, and they only have people at the desk from 8am until 2pm. It wasn't worth calling their 24-hour emergency phone number.
