Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. Travel issues delayed our trip by a day and there were no issues with a delayed check in. Stayed in the Superior Double Room, which was spacious and comfortable. Enough room to fit our wheelchair without feeling crowded. Bathrooms clean and well supplied. There is functioning air conditioning, but don't expect the room to get frigid. Refrigerator wasn't particularly cold, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city, secured via a front gate with a key card provided for entry. Hallways are wide and well lit. There are interesting art and chapel rooms in the hotel due to its history. Small elevator available, large enough to fit a wheelchair. There is also a lift for wheelchair-bound individuals to enter the hotel from the driveway our front. Excellent breakfast, nothing fancy, but is convenient for the essentials Front desk was able to order a taxi for us to go to the airport
